We invite you to come and relax at The Palmetto Escape. Located near Englewood, this BRAND-NEW home is a perfect escape for your upcoming vacation! Only 9 miles from Manasota Key, you get the laid-back feel of the country, while still being close to the beach.

Experience the luxuries of a new build with no mold or musty smells. Decorated and furnished with a coastal theme and up-to-date styles, this brand-new home is a tranquil escape from the busy world. 

 

Nearly all the products we provide for your stay are earth-friendly, cruelty-free, and/or vegan. Even our routine pest control is organic.

The exquisite outdoor living space includes a covered lanai, a heated, saltwater pool (by Aug 1), and a sunning patio with lounge chairs, all under a screen enclosure. The lanai/patio is equipped with a table and 8 chairs, complete with a gas grill (gas provided). The entire backyard is surrounded by a 6’ high solid fence and includes an additional privacy screen centerpiece for added privacy.

The spacious garage is available for your vehicle. Also parked in the garage is our large collection of bikes. Enjoy biking on miles of quiet roads with the 9 bikes provided for all ages, including a pull-behind bike cart for the toddlers. If you want helmets, please bring your own. 

​

We have you covered with beach/pool gear: foldable wagon w/ wide wheels for the sand, beach umbrella, sand toys, beach chairs, mats, face snorkels, swim rings and noodles, beach towels, arm floaties, and a tripod to take those family pictures. 

​

8 guests can comfortably sleep in 3 bedrooms on the new Sealy mattresses.  

• MASTER BEDROOM: Enjoy a King bed with ensuite bathroom, walk-in shower, and large walk-in closet. The bathroom is accessible from the pool area. The master bedroom is outfitted with a desk, dresser, and two nightstands.

• BEDROOM 2: This room has a queen bed with a dresser and two nightstands. 

• BEDROOM 3: A great room for the littles, this one has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a slide-out twin trundle bed. There's also a dresser in this room.

• Traveling with a baby? We have a pack-n-play for you to use.

Relax in the large spacious living room with a cathedral ceiling. Comfortable seating for 8 guests. Includes a 55” Samsung Smart TV (bring your own subscriptions), DVD player, and an HDMI cable to connect a computer. Free WiFi is available throughout the house; however, we want you to be informed that due to limited internet speeds in this area, you may experience disruptions while streaming movies, TV, etc. There is only one TV in the house.

Enjoy cooking in a fully-stocked kitchen with granite counter tops. The all-new stainless steel appliances include a dishwasher, range, microwave, and refrigerator. The kitchen is furnished with enough utensils and cookware for the entire family. Enjoy using the large island, complete with a bar and bar stools. Make your morning coffee in a drip coffee maker or take it to the next level with our 1.5L French press. An electric kettle makes it easy to heat your water.

A large-capacity washer and dryer are available for use. A starter amount of laundry detergent strips and fabric softener are provided. 

​

Our hall closet is full of beach towels, board games, and a variety of toys for all ages.
